Delivery

We offer complimentary white-glove delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth metropolitan areas. Our two-person team delivers to your room (or terrace) of choice, unpacks, assembles where required and removes all packaging.

Regional and interstate deliveries are quoted individually at checkout or via contact us. Most orders dispatch within 5–10 business days; made-to-order configurations may take longer and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Returns

We want you to love your Marina pieces. If something isn’t right, you may return items in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return freight is arranged by our team and deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order on delivery. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
