Warranty

Our promise

Marina furniture is engineered for Australian conditions, and we stand behind it. Every piece is covered by a 5-year structural warranty on frames (teak and aluminium) and 2 years on cushions, fabrics and woven surfaces, from the date of delivery.

What’s covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use — including weld failure, structural timber splitting, and premature breakdown of weave or powder-coat.

What’s not covered

Natural weathering of teak (silvering), fabric fading from prolonged direct sun, damage from misuse, commercial use without a trade agreement, or failure to follow our Care Guide.

Email hello@marina.furniture with your order number and photos. Our benefits sit alongside, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
