These terms govern your use of marina.furniture and the purchase of products from Marina Outdoor Furniture. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely at the time of order via our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was materially incorrect we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Orders & availability

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Lead times are indicative; made-to-order configurations will be confirmed by email. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot reasonably fulfil.

Delivery, returns & warranty

Delivery, returns and warranty terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns and Warranty pages and form part of these terms.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
